Hey everyone! I literally just moved into this beautiful apartment at ONE in the South Loop, and I’ve loved it here — but I’m having to move closer to the airport unexpectedly, so I need someone to take over my spot.

The master bedroom in a B is available:
• Move in by Nov 1 (flexible)
• Spacious + en-suite bathroom
• Perfect natural light
• Same floor as the gym + social room (super convenient!)
• Private sit-out area + direct courtyard access
• in unit washer and dryer!

Rent: about $ all in
• $ base rent
• $ utility package (your half)
• ~$/month for electricity

You’ll be sharing with an amazing housemate — she’s , a working professional, neat and super friendly.

It’s a great setup and honestly, I wouldn’t be leaving if I didn’t have to.
