Fully furnished room for rent in altamonte springs available October 1. Room is on second floor with other tenants room and a full bathroom. Bathroom is shared with other tenant. Landlord’s (my) room is on the first floor. I have 2 friendly large dogs and a cat, so no additional pets please. My house has a pool that you are welcome to use. Rent is $ plus shared utilities - electric, internet and once a month housekeeping. Rent is usually around $ monthly inclusive
