Looking for a great room in a great house with great people? We have two rooms opening up in a spacious Victorian home in DC's Shaw/NoMa neighborhood — one of the most walkable and well-connected areas in the city.
ABOUT THE ROOMS
One room comes with a private bathroom. The other has a shared bathroom. Both are large, bright, and have beautiful hardwood floors. Available now.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
You will have access to a full kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a comfortable shared living space. The house is clean, well maintained, and feels like a real home — not just a rental.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
This is a neighborhood where you can walk to everything. Four grocery stores within four blocks — Harris Teeter, Safeway, Giant, and Trader Joe's. Big Bear Cafe is blocks away for coffee and studying, and there is a weekly farmers market around the corner. Two Metro stations are four blocks away — NoMa (Red Line) and Convention Center (Yellow/Green Line) — so your commute to anywhere in DC is easy. Union Station, Capitol Hill, Georgetown Law, and Capital One Arena are all close.
