Big Room in a Beautiful Flat

I have one unfurnished room for rent in this beautiful fully remodeled baths flat ($) with refinished hardwood floor, high ceilings, with 2 big windows and lots of sunlight in the afternoon. It is going to be available on September 1st. The room () has some built in shelves but no actual closet but plenty of room for you to have your own. You'll get a small linen closet in the hallway and a bathroom to share with one of the roomies. We'll be sharing a nice kitchen and a very nice living room. If you consider yourself quiet, busy, clean and neat we will get along just fine. I am looking for someone cool who picks up after him/herself and doesn't mind cleaning after cooking. We will have a weekly cleaning schedule for the common areas of the house so the mess doesn’t get built up.
The flat has a brand new central heater system and we will be sharing utilities (Gas, internet and cleaning supplies).
The flat is located in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood just across from Golden Gate Park, it’s close to restaurants, markets, banks and post office, easy public transportation N-Judah two blocks away, 5 min from UCSF and min to downtown.
About me: y/o gay male, easy going, quiet, respectful and VERY NEAT with a regular schedule.
About the other flatmate: y/o gay me, easy going, quiet, respecful and very busy with a full-time schedule.
We are looking for one good non-smoker roommate (sorry no couples) with no pets, who doesn't like to bring the party home, financially stable, with a busy schedule who is not afraid of socializing in the kitchen sometimes and have a laugh.
