I’m looking to rent my second bedroom on a month to month lease. All utilities are included in the asking amount. You will have full access to the kitchen, living area, patio and your own private bathroom. I would like to be in the same living environment as someone like minded. Someone clean, and respectful of the shared spaces. I only ask for a deposit of $ with first month and a verification of employment.
