Hi, I'm
relocating for work and need someone to take over my lease ASAP(starting mid August). The room is cozy, with a loft bed, desk, and wardrobe. The apartment is professionally cleaned monthly (included in rent).
Q train is two blocks away.
This lease is for 8 month starting in August.
To move in:
$ Security Deposit
$st month of rent.

YOUR RENT BROKEN DOWN:
• ***Total rent for apartment unit East th Street is $/month.
• ***Your monthly rent = $/month + utilities.
Utilities are NOT included and a bill will be distributed monthly to be split by all three roommates.

*All tenants MUST sign the lease and be approved to move in. The landlord is adamant about tenants having good credit & making x’s the rent. Guarantors are welcome too! Guarantors must make x’s the rent and have good credits/assets to show.
