We are two male professionals looking to share a spacious three-level townhouse in Arlington, VA. The townhouse is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood in close proximity to Pentagon City / Amazon / Pentagon / Metro and contains 3 bedrooms, 4 remodeled bathrooms, and a driveway spot. Plenty street parking is also available for free. The townhouse comes furnished with a sizable kitchen and living area. Along with the bedroom, the upstairs tenant would have a private hall bathroom, and need to share a shower with the basement tenant (note – the basement tenant has his own half-bath downstairs as well). Utility costs would be split three-ways and include electricity and Wi-Fi. Rent for the upstairs bedroom and bathroom would require a one-year lease and include a monthly cleaning service.
