Looking for roomate or private b

Hi everyone! I’m Hemanth Bodala, a -year-old second-year PhD student at UC San Diego, and I’m looking for housing in or around La Jolla with a move-in around mid-August. I’m open to renting a private bath or teaming up with others to lease a bath (or similar). Ideally, I’d like a place where we can sign a lease for at least one year.
I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and usually spend most of my day on campus for research. Weekends are usually laid-back—either playing tennis or badminton, watching a movie, or meeting up with friends, sometimme traveling. I don’t drink or smoke, and while I’m totally fine with roommates who drink occasionally, I’m strictly looking for a no-smoking environment.
