Looking for sober living? This is an alcohol and drug free home because we have AA people living here. We also have weekly group AA meetings in the house. So if your are in recovery, this is the perfect environment. Shared room in recently remodeled house. All utilities included. Month to month.

This recently remodeled house comes fully furnished with bedding, couches, cookware, and more. I offer discounted rent because I give weekly tours of the home to potential buyers, so the place must remain clean—beds made, rooms tidy, and the kitchen and all common areas maintained clean.

This is a great place if you’re in transition and don’t have much furniture or baggage. If you’re clean, respectful, and looking for a very nice home at well below market rent, this is the right fit.

Here are a few additional features and rules:
No pets of any kind (please don't ask). Two suitcase maximum. No personal furniture. No guests, no events. Laundry free. Parking on street. Gated and secured house. Drug and alcohol free. Vaping and smoking only in smoking area outside. Security Cameras installed outside and in common areas. Onsite house supervisor, lives at property and checks house daily.
