Hi Everyone! I’m Kwame, live in the Lakeland/Auburndale area, and am looking for roommates. I have two options available.

Option 1: One bedroom that comes with a private bathroom. $one thousand and fifty


Option 2: Two bedrooms (jack&jill style) where the bathroom is shared. $Thirteen Hundred for the entire space if it’s just you or $one thousand each if you’re a pair

Community Amenities include: pool, tennis court, basketball court, gym, and lake access. Community is located right off I-4 and is gated
