KSU students, we are looking to transfer my son's lease at The Retreat for school year.
The lease transfer is for one bedroom of a bathroom, townhouse, male resident. Currently, there are two other rooms available in this unit, subject to change. His bedroom is on the second floor and has its own private balcony. The front door leads directly to the sidewalk that takes you to campus quickly, my son walked every day. There is also an Owl Bus stop at the entrance to The Retreat.

The Retreat has beautiful amenities, helpful staff, walking distance to campus, is updated and clean.

My son enjoyed his time at KSU and The Retreat; the golf simulator was a big hit.

Lease transfer rate $ vs. current new lease $, room to be transferred during the normal Retreat schedule and process. His townhouse has a few vacancies, so you could have a friend rent one of the rooms with you. The space is available and paid June & July if you are taking summer classes. Application fee also waived.
