Quiet traveling construction worker

My name is Maurice, I'm a year old construction worker (pipefitter) from the San Francisco Bay Area. I plan on working in Reno very soon. I mainly need a room to securely store my stuff while at work, and a bed to sleep on at night. Other bonuses would be a washing machine and dryer, a little space in the fridge for food and a kitchen to cook simple dude foods.

I'm pretty laid back and get along with others pretty easily. I'm not loud, and since I'm a guest, I tred as lightly as possible. I'm not sure the length of my stay, but once I start working I'll get a better idea. However, I hope to stick around a good while if all goes well on the work front.

I'm not a smoker, only drink socially, if even then, and do no drugs either. I've never been arrested or in any trouble other than getting some speeding tickets. I'm here strictly for work while my wife holds down the fort in Cali.

I do click most with people whom have a sense of humor, but I'm pretty decent on picking up people's energies, and move accordingly, I'm pretty adaptable. I am usually a keep to myself type of person, but will happily talk if there's convo to be had. I'm not confrontational and would rather keep things light and sort any issues with logic and fairness, while staying respectful towards each other in the process.
