I am looking for a roommate to sublet my furnished room for a long-term stay (two years) as I move to another state for graduate program. I intend to return to my room after graduation. My place is near Columbia University Hospital in Washington Heights, located right next to the 1 train station. Incredibly convenient location as it only takes minutes train ride to Columbus Circle and minutes down to Chelsea area without transferring once. The preferred move in time is anytime in July or August. The private room will be vacant and ready for you. Message me if you are interested!
