Private room in shared apartment

This upstairs apartment has a great setup, including a personal A/C system, a shared bathroom, and full house privileges. It is a gated property and comes with a parking pass for designated parking spot and key fob. There is a pool and spa available. Laundry facilities are available on property too (though not in-unit). Additionally, electricity and WiFi are split in half, while all other utilities are covered. Your room will be unfurnished and ready for a personal touch. The rest of the apartment is already fully furnished.

- 5-minute walk to Cal State Fullerton
- Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby
- Smoking permitted outside the gate. Earliest move in date early December. I am only seeking serious inquiries, preferably looking for a tidy female roomie with plans to stay longer than 6 months.

(also I have one lovely cat but would prefer no additional dog or cat friends)


The lease entails proof of income along with a $ deposit will be required upon move-in.
