In search of Roommate

Hi there looking for a roommate/ room to rent out as my lease is up at the end of September! Max rent is $. I am a clean/tidy person, keep to myself most of the time, I enjoy a good night out but prefer a night in. I Nanny 3x a week in St. Augustine and work with kids at a kids gym (*no kids of my own*). I do have a boyfriend that would come over occasionally (just want to be upfront) but we keep to ourselves! Would love somebody who is pet friendly as I would love a fur baby in the future!
