Bath (still searching) you’ll pay half the rent $ and whatever amenities we decide on, open to pets, friendly, don’t care what race sex or ethnicity you are. You keep what you buy (furniture/appliances). I’ll cook for you and help with move-in, all I ask is you don’t steal, pay on time and communicate. Easy.
