Room & Private Bathroom in Thornton

Welcome to our lovely two thousand sf house located just above Denver off of Thornton Parkway and Colorado Boulevard in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is located just minutes away from i and is quick access to Denver, DIA, and all the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores you could need. It is also only 1 mile away from an RTD train station.
We are looking for a single person (preferably female) to live with us in our spacious duplex. We are open to couples sharing the room as well for a slight increase in rent. You will have your own large private room (’) with a large 4 door closet and a private bathroom. You are also free to use the currently unfurnished open loft area as your own hang out space (though it is a common area that we will need to walk through to access our room). The bedroom is currently unfurnished but we can furnish with basic items.

Common/shared areas: kitchen, laundry room, living room, bathroom downstairs, backyard, and upstairs loft.

-You will have free street parking
-Absolutely no smoking/vaping/drugs allowed.
-One dog is allowed for an extra $/mo.
-Utilities (water/gas/electric) will be split 3 ways.
-You will have to complete the following before signing a lease: interview, background check, credit check, and proof of employment with last two paystubs. Rent cannot exceed % of income.
-Flexible lease options: minimum 6 months
-One months rent security deposit

A little about us: My name is Megan and my Fiancée’s name is Josh. We are both twenty three
years old. Josh is a welder/pipefitter and I work seasonally. We love to go on adventures, off roading, camping, fishing, hiking, and biking. We also both love to go to the gym.
