I'm looking for housemates and tenants (you would live with me, the owner) two rooms in a sunny and light filled BA house nd and Genoa St. on the north Oakland/Emeryville/Berkeley border starting September USD/month/room + utilities minutes walk from BART and minutes walk from AC Transit which goes to UC Berkeley in mins and downtown Oakland in mins (including the walk) every minutes on weekdays and weekends. Move in dates after May leases for months with an option to renew annually.
It comes with a free washer/dryer, a new stainless steel kitchen, double paned 0windows, ample backyard space, outdoor bike parking, and hardwood floors throughout. The furniture is staged, and can be furnished or unfurnished. Pets and smoking are not permitted.

About me: I'm a year old Oaklander working in alternative energy insurance. In my free time I help out in local public policy issues; cook Malaysian, Californian, or whatever sort of cuisine suits my fancy; and run a Classical Chinese dance company.
