hi I am looking for a female who is working and can show proof of work that is interested in roommate meeting with me and my daughter we are both females shared kitchen shared bathroom you must be OK with dogs they are kenneled nice and trained.

You will be sharing a bathroom with my daughter cause I have my own if you want to park your car in garage it is extra there is a big back patio yard very nice to sit out there early in the morning or when the sun is going down

I prefer no pets since I already have my own the living room has a futon couch that folds down into a bed if needed if not you can get an air mattress there is a rug in there we have all wood floor

You will have access to your own closet that is located in the living room for your personal belongings

We will split utilities among each other which are light and gas and water

Internet is free

I know times are hard right now so that's why I'm trying to help any female that is out there that just wants to get out of mom and dad's house or is just looking for a place on her own but is finding it hard to find a place I'll be more than happy to meet with you to see if you would be a good fit
