Hi, I am looking for a roommate, or someone to share the lease with perhaps later, for a master bedroom with large shower in a two bedroom condo unit next to Scott Road Skytrain station. The sound of the Skytrain is in the distance. Quiet cul-de-sac. Full amenities. WiFi from amenity room or fast home Wifi $. Shared Hydro bill only around $6 per month but more when using heating or air conditioning. Condo amenities include a huge amenity room with sofas, study desks, kitchen, TV; a gym, outdoor courtyard with picnic tables, a rooftop with bar b q. Semi-furnished with desk, TV, chairs etc. You'll need your own bed; mattress available.
Can be vegetarian, fish only or vegan, I am next to vegan.
This is a musical home. Musicians, artists, dancers etc. welcome!
I have Christian faith. I have two friendly cats but will probably be rehoming them so I can do a bit of traveling.
Shared weekly cleaning.
Occasional visitors. Quiet nights.
