Roommate wanted - Behind Dt Orlando

Yo! My name is Greg, and my current roommate is moving so I’m looking for someone to share the house I’m renting.

The house is in Azalea Park right behind downtown, and has a great layout—we each get two rooms on separate sides of the house and our own bathrooms. (photos & layout attached below).

A little about me: I’m years old, work from home and have a friendly 3-year-old dog.

Move in date would be April 8th and Rent is $ which we’d split right down the middle ( not including utilities) Requires signing a year long lease.
