Next to UCI! looking for students

Hi everyone ! My name is Kadie, and my friend, kiani, and I are looking for someone to fill up an empty room! We are planning on getting a place at Dartmouth apartments, right next to UTC and campus, and it would be approximately for one person in the room by themselves or people sharing the room (perhaps less if we can get the room at a reduced price) We don't have a specific preference for either male or female, as long as we are all respectful of each other's space and clean up after ourselves ^_^ We plan on a June-June month lease, but we are pretty flexible and would be willing to move in even sooner. The place is unfurnished so you would have to get your own bed and necessities, however me and Kiani plan on providing furnishing for the living room (like the couch and T.V. etc) so that's something you won't have to worry about !!
