Couple looking for share house room

Hey future housemates!
looking for a room in an inner north share house for around $three hundred/per week (slightly flexible).
A bit about me: I am an ANU student in my final year (I do hope) of double undergrad in international relations and art history and curatorship. I am coming back to Canberra after a semester in Prague and a semester off to backpack the Balkans and some of South America. I am a responsible, clean and tidy housemate and I have lived in share houses before. I am a fan of a chores board but also believe in just prioritising open communication about what people in the house expect and need to make a home where everyone feels safe and comfortable:) I love being in a house where I am friends with my housemates too 🙂 but am respectful of everyone’s downtime and preferences. I like making art, gardening, a good party, and hiking.
My boyfriend (Federico) is coming over to Aus from Italy (Padua) and will be working :). We are a clean, respectful, fun duo who have lived together in different spaces and know how to foster a good environment.
