Currently looking for a female identifying roommate in their s to share a double in downtown Santa Cruz. Apartment is fully furnished and comes with a loft-bed frame and desk. In unit washer/dryer, full kitchen with lots of space, minute walk to bus stop, two minute walk restaurants/shopping, great view, balcony, and three super sweet girls! We are looking for someone to move in preferably in the beginning of March or April. Lease ends in August (can be extended) but new tenant can move out as early as June if needed.
