Chill dude and dog looking for same

What's up, I am in need of a room with space for 2 ( corolla, rx7 ) cars and a dog. I pick up after myself and my dog as it is common sense, I smoke weed and vape tobacco, I don't drink or smoke cigarettes but I don't mind either. I am starting a business and need a stress free sane person to co exist with as I work out the creases of my business. As of now I am a smokeshop salesman, and I honestly enjoy it, but know better than to stay put. I keep my surroundings clean, and that should be standard for everybody in my opinion. I don't want to live with drug addicts as they do weird stuff and I don't feel comfortable around them. Thanks and love your way.
