Room w/ full house access (pool)

Description

Room available in April/May and located on Cornell St. in Hemet. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry, your own bathroom and pool. Plenty of parking. Rent includes room, half the electric and water. Home has been fully renovated and is beautiful. I will not post pictures as I’d rather show in person. *3 month initial lease agreement then it goes to a month to month agreement with a two week notice to vacate if things don’t work out. No need for either of us to be uncomfortable and have a long term contract. MUST like cats and dogs. I have both. No drugs or alcohol. No parties unless we both agree. Occasional cocktails ok. Must help keep the home clean especially their living areas.
