I’m looking for a responsible and friendly roommate to share my spacious townhome in the new area of Aurora Colorado. The available room is cozy and comfortable and comes with its own private bathroom, providing you with the perfect space for relaxation and privacy on you own floor in the house.

About the Townhome:
- Location: Conveniently located near MULTIPLE shopping centers, Whole Foods, sprouts, Target, banks, right next to I for convinient and quick commute anywhere you need to go, min from cherry creek mall, with lots of food options, close to a train station for super convinient travel as well.
- Amenities: The townhome features: spacious living room and kitchen, private floor, room and bathroom all to yourself, two car garage, home security system with easy access on your phone .

Move in: prorated rent remaining Janurary (if the move is in Janurary) days plus February Rent. Then your next payment of rent will be do March 1st.
