Room for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home that is the bottom level of a duplex.

The room is fully furnished, but if you have your own items that is fine too. It is a large room, with a spacious closet.

You would share the house with 1 other person, wfh woman in 30's and a small pup.

If you have a pet that might be fine, just need to run it through landlord.

House has laundry on site, amazing kitchen, hot tub and big backyard + deck.

Utilities are split. On average $150-$200 per person monthly.

Looking for someone that has a job, and is responsible not wanting to host parties. At least a 6 month lease.
