Hi All! I am looking for a female roommate by January 1st. The apartment is in Point Loma, just 10 minutes from OB and Mission Beach, with lots of grocery stores nearby. It’s a 12-month lease, private room and bathroom. Rent is $1000, not including utilities (Utilities & Parking can range from $100-200~)

A little about me: I work in HR at a tech company. I do WFH, M-F, 8-5pm - so I need someone who is ok with that. Preferably, would like a roommate who is out & about, so there is some balance! When I'm not working, I do lead an active lifestyle —I'm a runner. I also like to hit the gym, swim on the weekends, dance, & play guitar.

This apartment is perfect for: Grad students, or someone in their late 20's or early 30's, who’s respectful, quiet, doesn’t bring the party home, & keeps the space clean! 😊

You need to have a stable career or job! This is a must!
No smokers or pets (sorry!)
