Hey I have a townhouse that has an empty room. Shower is upstairs and there's another bathroom downstairs. No washer or dryer. The a month covers all rent and utilities. I don't mind if u have friends or guests come over I work graveyard just b respectful is all I'm asking. I'm a cool easy Goin guy that works a lot. Just 3 rules. Be clean, pay rent on time, and stay out my room we already will be sharing a whole townhouse together so that's the only place I don't want anyone in. Not much I'm asking
