Looking for an easygoing, clean roommate to share a bright, furnished -bath apartment in the heart of Kitsilano. The apartment is right off Cornwall Ave, facing Kits Pool.

Room & Apartment Features:
Private Room furnished with a queen bed and standing desk.
Living Room furnished with a dining table and couch but I will be replacing and upgrading furniture in January.
Fully stocked kitchen with dishware, cookware, a huge spice rack, and appliances including:
Dishwasher
Microwave
Toaster
Kettle
Blender
Rice cooker
Laundry in building.
Lots of storage space.


Rent: $/month (all-inclusive).
Minimum stay: 3 months.
Deposit: Half-month’s rent.

LGBTQ2-supportive and welcoming.
No partying, smoking, drugs, or pets. Occasional get togethers are okay!

I’m in my s, working a hybrid job, and will be moving in late December. The apartment will be getting a decor refresh so if you have an eye for interior design, I’d love your input! :)
