Room for mom & toddler

Hello! I am looking for a bedroom to rent out for my almost 2 year old daughter, my 1 year old very well trained black lab, and I. We moved here from Ohio about a month ago and looking to move within the next week. We are temporarily staying with a friend since we got here until we find a spot. My daughter is on a pretty strict schedule, goes to bed early, but noise does not bother us. She's in daycare Monday thru Friday. My dog stays in my room for the most part. We are very clean & tidy. I am very laid back! Just need to room with someone trust worthy with me having a toddler. If you can help us out please let me know! Willing to pay 3 months rent if needed
