Cozy and comfortable room for rent in my private home.The neighborhood is quiet and near Marta stops, restaurants, grocery stores, and whatever else you need.

At this time, I am only looking for a female renter, as they are just easier to rent to. Sorry, but I cannot accept children or pets at this time.

The room is completely furnished and has a new " flat-screen TV, and queen-sized sleigh bed, new comforter, electric fireplace, etc

A background check is required, as well as a fully refundable $ deposit. The first month's rent is free, with a minimum stay of three months. Rent is $ per month, thereafter.

All utilities, including WiFi, as well as use of other areas of the home such as the kitchen, living room, dining room, deck are included.

Washer/ dryer are on the premises.
