The apartment will come fully furnished, with us buying all the furniture from my current roommate who is moving out. Your room will be fully furnished for just $120 with mattress, bed frame, desk, décor, chair, and dresser. You don’t need to bring anything with you when you move in, just the clothes on your back. The security deposit is only $600, not even 1 months rent, and will be refunded at move out. The apartment and complex is super nice and is very affordable for Boulder’s crazy prices.
