- 2 Bedrooms/ 2 private bathrooms (1 per each roommate) - Spacious living area with lots of natural light - Fully equipped kitchen - in-unit washer & dryer - spacious living room (w furnishings provided, table, sectional, tv)

- A respectful, clean, and friendly roommate


- Open to sharing a home filled with laughter and good vibes

- No cigarette/cigar smoking allowed, the neighborhood has designated smoke sections, no pets (the current roommate has one elderly female dog)
