We are looking for a single or a couple to take over my half of the lease due to moving overseas.
I can give you the room fully furnished, or with no furnishings.
Ideal for someone who is starting fresh, if you choose to take the room furnished (free).
Preferably for long term tenants, but short term accepted (must stay from December until the end of April).

Since I am moving overseas, you can have all my furnishings free. That is: L shaped office table + Drawers + Chair; Bedframe + Mattress + Pillows; TCL TV + furniture; Shelves, Bedside Stands, Coffee Stands, Full length mirror; Plants; and some other smaller things.

Singles or Couples who loves a quiet building and surrounded by lots of nature, quiet and tidy.
Full time employed, with previous sharing experience, or good character reference.
Perfect for someone who works from home (the room is very large and quiet). I've been working from home and living here for the last 5 years. If you have a car, there is a ton of secure parking in front of behind the building.
