Renter must be able to pass a background check, have verifiable income, verify there job or school with a counselor or manager, must be in good standing and moral character with the community and have references that can atest to this attribute. Renter must also be able to provide the information of their previous living arrangement which would be their landlord contact information and bill with their name on it proving they lived there and after the vetting process the renter will sign a month to month lease that will be extended at the discretion of the landlords. The renter is allowed to have visitors over. However, the renter is responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests at all times.
