Hello there, I have private bedrooms available for rent in a renovated home. The room is unfurnished however the common areas are fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen. All utilities, high-speed (unlimited, no cap) internet, trash and pest control are included in the rent in addition to household supplies (detergent, soap, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) that are delivered monthly via Amazon. In addition, a monthly cleaning crew leaves the house squeaky clean!

Essentially, all you need to bring are your personal bedroom belongings and your toiletries! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time (let’s talk if it’s inside a tank).

House Details:
The house is situated on a quiet street and just a few miles away from the Westside Reservoir Park and Westside BeltLine. The Marta bus stop is conveniently located outside the residence. Just a few minutes away is I-, making the drive to Georgia State, Georgia Tech and work commutes super convenient.

Most of the roomies are either working professionals or graduate students working to get their careers going and saving money for their next step in life. Currently it’s a mix of male/female all in their s. It’s not a party residence but I try to keep it fun by sponsoring roomie socials (quarterly) outside the residence (dinners, movie nights, go-karting, etc.).

Income: Applicant's income must meet or exceed times the rent
Application fee: $ per person paid out to Apartments .
Lease: months preferred but shorter leases are available
