Roommate needed!

I’m currently near Monterey park in a bathroom ($ or 2 other roommates . ($ a piece)

My other two roommates moved out so me and my fiancé are actively looking for one other person to join the lease and takeover the house . We would take 1 bedroom/ bath and offer the other bedroom as a shared office space or whatever desired.

We both work in film Industry as directors / producers and enjoy our privacy when we’re not working we’re at home sleeping lol
