Need Roommate till July!

The location is right next to the University of Cincinnati’s campus, specifically DAAP, and isn’t far of a drive from downtown. The apartment itself is very spacious and rather a small complex (only 6 different units) compared to the “skyscrapers” that are near. You would have to personally furnish your space (this will be the living room area) but I’m willing to lend you some tables (or the futon if you’re okay with sleeping on it) and such that I won’t need. There’s two seperate doors that lead into the apartment and is perfect for privacy at all hours of the day. Both the bathroom and kitchen have all the essentials needed, but obviously your own food and hygeine products are expected to be brought. If there is a mess you contributed to, you are responsible to clean it, rather than for example letting the sink pile up or etc. All utilites are covered in the base rent price, and some charges will have to be made in order to create a key copy for your access to the building. Security deposit will be the full first month’s rent upfront as to prevent anything shady. I hope we can work something out!
