Hi all! Looking for a girl to sublease and move into a bathrooms apartment in Empire Apartments at Assembly St Columbia, SC . It’s basically on campus right near the Hilton and public health school so super walkable. It also has great amenities (tanning bed, gym, pool, study, game room, theater, courtyards, golf simulator). You would be in the first bedroom off the kitchen and then the other 3 bedrooms are on the other side of the kitchen. It’s a nice individual bedroom with its own bath, huge walk-in closet and the place is very renovated. It also has a dish washer and washer/dryer inside the apartment. The current girls living there and super nice and in their junior year.

Making this clear, I am only moving out because I bought a townhouse!!! My plan to be in SC for the next couple or more years. The roommates are wonderful, and I love them! If you are looking for an apartment with some other awesome girls, please reach out.

We are closing the house in mid-October. You could take over the lease anytime on or after November 1. Lease goes through the end of July .
