Hi! Currently, my girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate to live with us. Our place in University Heights is a 2 bedroom apartment, that is right next to John Carroll! The rent is $ total for the Unit(with the 3 way even split being $) and outside of that we also split electric and internet evenly per their monthly bill! The apartment is located only or so minutes from downtown, and is a very walkable area as it is right next to a campus!

To give a little more info about me and my girlfriend, my name is Torrice, but you can call me TJ for short! I am th year music Education Major at CSU, and would say I am a pretty laid back roommate! My girlfriend Loden recently moved in with me about a month or so ago, but this would be my third year here and I love the space and surrounding area! Loden is and graduated from CSU last fall. Aside from us we have 3 sweet cats that we are almost always around to supervise between us two, but you are also always welcome to get to know if you’d like!

We are looking for someone because there was initially a third roommate that had lived here with me for the first two years that was going to renew the lease with us but has decided not to at the last second, and while it’s technically listed as a two bed, it has a third room that we always had a third person in,so we were hoping to keep that pay split going! Currently my roommate is still in the process of moving out so I cannot show you what would be “your” room just quite yet, but he says he will be out by the th!
