Hi I'm looking for a roommate. The previous roommate has to go back to India due to some family emergency and is going to move out by the end of Septmeber.

Price: bed, 2 baths. Main bedroom CAD, seondary bedroom CAD. I am now sleeping in the main bedroom. You can have the main bedroom if you want. The rent includes water and exclusive of electricity and internet. Currently internet costs CAD/month/person. My BC Hrdro is already linked to the address.

Location: Brentwood, Burnaby. Near Gilmore skytrain station.
mins walk to Whole Foods, Save-On-Foods, Home Depot, Amazing Brentwood Mall. We've got multiple banks and medical clinics nearby. Many restaurant options. Near Costco, BCIT, Walmart by car. I'm sleeping in the main bedroom. There's no bed in the secondary bedroom now. We can discuss how to chip in the bed or arrange the swap if you want the main bedroom. (ie. If you want to buy the bed from me)

Furniture: Sofa, dining table, carpets, TV, portable aircon, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, rice cooker, airfryer. All kinds of kichenware. Patio chair on the balcony. Secondary room has a desk, standing lamp, and an office chair. At this moment secondary room doens't have a bed.

Facilities: gym and swimming pool

Parking: 1 parking spot. We have 2 Flo charging station in the condo. 5 more Flo charging nearby in front of Honda location. Tesla supercharge in the nearby mall.

Pet: I am accommodating previous tenant's cat until the end of .
