All appliances are brand new, you will be having a full fridge with freezer, an electric stove top with oven, a range hood so you can cook whatever and brand new cabinets, a microwave, a coffee maker in other words FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN. The washer and dryer are also top notch which can wash beddings and comforters and can wash up to 5 loads of laundry. Hardwood flooring throughout the house (we can't accept pets because of our allergies, but we love pets).  We also have security cameras installed surrounding the house for your peace of mind. We live in Paradise Hills by Reo Drive and Rancho Hills. Malls, groceries, food places is just a 5 minute drive away. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and friendly. You will be PARKING IN THE STREET and it has never been a problem for us. There is a skilled nursing closeby which is a 5 minute walk in case you are a healthcare worker looking for a part time job. There is a famous bakery closeby and a pizza place that's one of the best reviewed in yelp. Plaza Bonita has a lot of gourmet selections and it's a 5 minute drive away!
