ISO Roomate in new split

Description

Currently open to having a roommate in my split plan home. Home is a new build, with all smart appliances. Fully fenced in back yard with privacy fence. /mo includes all utilities. No drugs, no bringing sketchy people over, and no animals. I have an English Bull Terrier who doesn’t always get along with new pets. Spare bedroom has new full bed, ” smart TV, and dresser. Two car garage, and full RV hookup on the side. I’m in the military and have an active lifestyle, so I’m not home much.
