Room 1: Thirteen--hundred.Room 2: Fourteen—Hundred.Two Room Package: Twentyfive--hundred.Utilities: Included in the rent price.Amenities: Refrigerator, gas oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, central AC system, washer + dryer.Other: WiFi currently provided on my behalf (you can use it or get your own), designated parking lane in the driveway that fits 2 vehicles, and a small section in the garage to store any bulk belongings.Things to Know: Tenants share a bathroom (unless you package both rooms), there are outdoor security cameras and one watching the main entry for security purposes, the backyard is not mentioned because it belongs to my dog who stays outside. However, if you’d like to have a little something out back I can bring them in. I do month-to-month leases, but I am open to longer tenancies.Disclaimer: This listing will not be available to couples (unless packaged), those with children (unless packaged), or those with pets (negotiable). The room is for one person and one person only. Rent is due at the beginning of the month vice the end.Personal Note: I am the homeowner of this property and I care a lot about the cleanliness and positive energy in the house, to a reasonable amount.
