Hi. Me and my roommate are looking for a third roommate for our apartment. We are both artists. My roommate just graduated for 3D modelling and I am currently about to start my last year studying fashion design. With that in mind just know that occasionally our office/studio space can get somewhat messy when projects are due. Other than that we have a very welcoming home. We often have meals together and watch movies and shows together as well. We are friendly and would like you to be at least comfortable around us even if you don’t smoke. We live above and below great neighbors who we are not close with but amicable. Our apartment is in a great location right between the Addison and Belmont redline stops and equidistant from Wrigleyville, Boystown, and Southport. We have a washer and dryer in our basement that are both completely free. Also, there is a Target, Jewel Osco and Trader Joe’s all walking distance from our place. Even if you aren’t an artist, you are more than welcome to set up a desk in the studio space and join us as we work. My roommate and I have been friends for a while and occasionally have our friends over too, but will always give a heads up before anyone comes into the space. We hope that over time you can become one of our friends as well.
