The Park at Pearlridge has beautiful mountain and golf course views conveniently located near bus line, shopping centers, restaurants, airport, freeway access several military bases Pearl Harbor, Hickam, Camp Smith, Fort Shafter, Tripler and more!

1-YR LONGTERM LEASE: 1st months rent plus deposit due prior to move in. Short-term rental available at a higher monthly rate.

ALL INCLUDED: Shared main bathroom with one other person. High speed WiFi, water, sewer, trash & HOA's. NOTE: Electricity Usage $/month Cap - Roommates are responsible for usage in excess of $ per month.

Application fee required per adult. Monthly income should be two and a half x rent amount.

Partially furnish in common areas. Renter must furnish their own bedroom.

Includes upgraded stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, full size W/D, range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, smoke detector. Renter can purchase their own portable A/C unit per approved condo guidelines.
