I'm subletting a really nice for the school year at the Station at Points. Includes in-unit laundry, a spacious balcony, and is fully furnished. Only thing not included in rent is electricity. min drive to USC campus (also walkable and has an hourly shuttle during the week). We are looking for both of our rooms to be filled (the leases are separate). Rent is cheaper than advertised on the thanks to the renewal contract. Message for more info.
