I'm a renter too so the space would be ours, not mine. I just want to make sure we both feel comfortable. At home I'm generally low key, either cooking or relaxing in front of the TV. Sometimes I work on a craft project. I keep things tidy in the common areas because I think small clean ups are easier than having to do a mass cleaning every few weeks. I'm in my room by 10:30 on weeknights and asleep by 11 at the latest. When guests come over I like a heads up and if they're staying the night I'd like at least a day's advance notice (and would do the same for my roommate).
